Our company maintains a documented, risk-based HIPAA privacy and security program tailored to language services for IME, insurance, and healthcare. The program is overseen by an appointed HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer and includes role-based training, confidentiality requirements, PHI and ePHI risk assessment, workforce access controls, secure document and communication practices, contractor oversight, incident response, corrective-action procedures, and continuing review.
 

Personnel are instructed to access and use protected information only for authorized assignments and to the minimum extent necessary. The Company is prepared to execute appropriate Business Associate Agreements and respond to reasonable vendor privacy and security reviews.

We welcome vendor-registration inquiries from IME companies, insurance carriers, TPAs, healthcare organizations, law firms, and claims administrators. Upon request, we provide a Form W-9, certificate of insurance, company profile, rate information, HIPAA documentation, confidentiality materials, and references or service information appropriate to the proposed relationship.
